What would you do?
 

I hunt state land and this morning found a permanent stand built 40 yds from where I was hunting. I have many spots and use a climber but putting stands up on wma' s is Illegal. He has about 6 2 by 4' s as steps nailed between 2 trees leading to a platform about 12 feet off the ground. What would you do?

The right thing to do is call the game commission. Though I' d be tempted to take a hammer and knock it out of the tree. :D

Definetly call the game warden. He' ll take it down or give you permission to. Its probably someone getting ready for the gun season. Surprise opening morning!!
