The line of products from Hawg' s Limited are my favorite. I' ve had great luck with the milder pre/post rut urine during the early season and the rut formula works well in November. Their scent eliminator, Vanishing Hunter, is also my favorite.

I' ve also had some luck with estrous urine from Hunter' s Specialties and Wildlife Research.

In my opinion the best deer scent is no scent at all. I think a lot of so called deer attractants attract more hunters than deer. I had a doe estrous lure cost me the biggest buck that I have ever seen in the timber and since that day I have not used any type of deer scent since. He was following a doe right to my stand that was until the doe came upon the estrous scent I had out. She got really nervous around the scent and decided to go the other way taking the big P&Y buck with her. That was the last time I ever used any type of attractant while hunting. I think you are much better staying scent free and hunting sign and land terrain rather than looking for a magic scent in a bottle because their isn' t any!!!

As Wilk stated, Bob Kirschner' s products are excellent. I shot my buck last Monday and he was liking the smell of the Curiosity that I had out. I know some guys that swear by his products. One thing that I am curious about though is, that Kirschner really stresses keeping his products in the fridge, but yet I walk into Gander Mountain in Erie, and see it sitting on the shelf????? Any coments?Cutt

Kirschner' s Silver Top and Roam are awesome. I like the gel and crystals. Good luck.
