new sights-new rest

My son has aquired an older compound bow. It really needs a new rest and new sights. What would be your suggestions for each in a mid-range price? He' s on a tight budget.

Hmmm, well I' d say either a Nap Quicktune 1000 or Whisker Biscuit arrow rest. And Cobra Mini Venom or TRUGLO Glo-Brite 3-pin sight.
