I would make that sorry asst pay! You are now a victom and restitution is now a option for the trees he has taken from you. Lets see here, 15-20 ten inch Oaks each at about $1200 each. Call the law, I hate theives and vandals! Someone needs a good ole ask whippen!

All I can do is tell what I would do. First, I would try to find out for sure who did it. After I found out for sure who it was I would approach them calmly and ask them about it. At, some point in the conversation (hopefully while they weren' t expecting it) I would punch them in the face. After, a decisive wrap to the nose I would skip directly over the can of whoop ass and go directly to the 40 oz bottle! Sure I would probably go to jail but I been there before and that' s a small price to pay to stand up to a thief.

Call the law. Don' t even let on that you know about the area where the oak trees are cut along with the feeder and stand. This guy might be or is just plain crazy, mean or both! Let the law handle it and claim anything on your land as yours now.

to approaches. You might have messed up one of them. One is to go to the police and take the feeders, but don' t touch them any more than you need to. Tell them you want to press charges for vandalism placing the value of the trees over 200 dollars, making it a felony. they can check for prints and run them for a match. Or, you could spend some time with a camera and telephoto lens waiting to get a picture of the tresspassers when they come to tend the feeders. either way, you get some evidence. Let the law handle it. no point getting in trouble or hurt. You are in the right. don' t do something to change that.
