Parker makes an excellent product, and probably better suited to a new, or "rusty" bowhunter. The bowtechs are faster for sure, and are great bows in their own right, I just feel they are for bowhunters with some miles behind them so to speak. Hoyt also makes some nice bows, and I would not rule out Darton either.

Try CSS made in WV, very forgiving, fast, and Quiet. I have shot for this CO. for years, I have shot about every bow made, won 3rd place in the Nationals in 1976. Telling my age now. I have killed almost every North American animal with a CSS. If you have any questions, E Mail me [email protected]

Just don't forget to try Darton before you make your final decision

hi I don't know if you have hered of this but I shoot a priairy fire it is made by alberta bow company and the market is going into the states. Good bows and forgiving. Excellent lifetime warrent just don't warrenty the bow strings. 300 fps I have recently just shot a buffalo with it and the bow is forgiving. I rate this bow 9 out of 10. Check it out www.albertabowcompany.com

There are so many quality bows out there that it isn't even funny. All of the companies you listed make some very good bows as to several others that you did not. If you could give some specification preferences...axle to axle length, brace height, cam style, etc... then we might be able to give more specific suggestions.

All the ones so far are excellent.
