Way to go Magnet. I left 17 doe walk so far. Then found out my bow was off when I shot low on a 15 pt. Got home and it was shooting 5 inches low. I quess I knocked it off when I fell in the mud puddle monday morning. Left a yearling with white legs walk last night and left a button go. I enjoy very thin chipped steaks, bolony and burger. Slice the steaks real thin. Marinate the meat in olive oil and vinegar. Add garlic, onion, pepper, worchester sauce, sliced peppers if possible. And any other spice you have. Let soak in frig over night. Either do them on a grill or fry pan at low heat. No knife needed. They will melt in your mouth. Make them in the marinate in the pan or pour marinate on them on the grill.

You sound like a walking commercial...just remember, you probably would have had the same results wearing a home made wool outfit, shooting from a hand made ground blind, shooting arrows with a stick and string...congratulations. It was you who killed the deer, not all of the name brand equipment you name off.
