Well New York is now going to allow crossbow hunting the last 2 weeks of bow season, you can use them during gun and in the late season. So whats a guy to do you ask... Get on board with the program. I traded an old set of elk sheds for this quad 400. Getting excited now.

As long as I can draw my vertical bow, I will...just not my thing I guess. Congrats to you on the new rig though and good luck with it! I'm more pleased with the fact that now the elderly, physically disabled, and wounded can have a chance and a opportunity to arrow a deer. Just hope people picking up the sport PRACTICE with their X-Bows and that this doesn't lead to more wounded deer in the woods! It's not an excuse to think hunting is easier now and their is no need to KNOW your equipment and become efficient with it.
