With the weather a big factor in what we do, let' s heare some of the weather sayings we' ve heard through the years. Don' t know if they are true but they just might be.
1. Bubbles in the puddles - end of rain is near.
2. Dew on grass - no rain for 10 hours or more.
3. High clouds don' t rain much.
4. Rainbow around the sun - ? (I think rain in 2 days)
5. Smoke rising from campfire straight up then makes a hard turn - ?
(possibly in for a windy day)
I know there' s a ton of them out there but I forgot what they are.
Let' s here some of them.

If the cows are huddled up its going to rain.
I can' t think of any and I' m majoring in meteorology!
And if it is actually raining cats and dogs, something is very wrong

" Red sky at night, sailors delight" I think it means the next day wil be nice.

and

" Red sky in the morning, sailors take warning" bad weather is coming


dunno how accurate they are but i remember my mom using them when i was a kid
