NJ bear Encounter
Went out yesterday afternoon (3rd time out this season). It was a good day with good activity. Saw 9 does, button buck, 4 pointer and a tall 3 pointer. Have not see the Big 10 that I'm looking for. Any way I also saw this bear. 3rd time in this stand this year and second encounter with this bear while in stand and I also have him on the moultrie. He obviously lives in the area. Some of the deer that I encountered yesterday cross his path with no response. Some jumped like they were startled, not sure if they smelled the bear or saw me move. I have him on the moultrie and then 3 hours later there are deer in the same spot feeding. Any thoughts On the impact on the deer.

Zone 5. Have seen quite a few bears in the area, a couple that were much larger than this one. Saw 4 all together one day rolling around in a fiel 70yds off the road. Not sure if we have met. I have only hunted Zone 5 in NJ.
