I switched to them last year. If there' s a better broadhead, I' d have to see it to believe it.
Last year I attempted a heart shot at doe. She moved slightly and the arrow went completely through the upper part of her leg and still hit the heart. It look like a slug had gone through the bone.

I have also turned to the " Dark Side" and switched to Muzzy' s this year. I was shooting Rocky Mtn Snypers, and don' t get me wrong they are great heads but when I switched to the 100 grain 3 blade Muzzy' s WOW I also kept getting pass throughs on the broadhead target I was shooting at. On a couple of occassions the arrow passed completely through the target and proceeded to stick a inch or so into a wood pile that was about 8-10 feet behind the target. Now that is Kenetic Energy. It even sounded like it hit hard, due to the loud smack it made when it hit the target each time. I will see how they perform on a whitetail WHEN I get MY BUCK this year. But i' m sure they won' t let me down at all. With my setup getting about 69ft. lbs of KE I' m sure they will do the job just fine. Praise the Archery Gods I HAVE BEEN SAVED!!! (By MUZZY that is)

Hey guys,
Yesterday I had to go down to the guy that tunes my bow. My friends Ex-VFT went out of whack, but, that is a whole different story. Well, John asked me how my bow was doing with broadheads and I told him that it was amazing with b-heads and he asked what I was shooting. I told him Muzzy' s and he said " 3-blades?" and I told him now, 125 grain 4 blades and he was excited. He said that most heads are hard to tune when you get into the 4 blade models. One of his other customers is shooting the 4 blade Muzzy' s with the same results. The guy is shooting an Ex-VFT Samson set at 30" draw and 95# draw weight. I got to see what happened when he was down there shooting the heads into the broadhead target. The arrow went through the target, passed through a bag target behind hit, then, went into a chunk of wood that was in a wood-pile behind that.
These heads just keep getting better. I had them out to 40 yards yesterday evening and they were dead on. It is just nuts. My target has 1" holes straight through it from my Muzzy' s hitting the EXACT same spot and just going right trough!!!!!!!!

Man, you are preaching to the choir. I started using Muzzy heads about 8 or 9 years ago, when Thunderheads were all the rage around these parts. I had always shot Thunderheads with good results, but one day me and a buddy of mine were shooting broadheads prior to the season and I was totally impressed with the heads he was shooting. He told me that they were Muzzy' s, so I went and got some the following year " just to try them out" . Holy Cow!! The experience you are going through right now is how I felt when I started shooting them. It' s kind of neat " listening" to your experience, because it has been so long since I went over to " the dark side" as PA Hardwoods put it. The Dark Side...I kinda like that one. The best part of it is that all my buddies shoot them now too. Just as I watched my buddy repeatedly whacking the crap out of the bullseye years ago, others have watched me do the same and the inevitable question arrises: What heads do you shoot? Good luck man. They perform on game the same way as they perform in your yard. Driving tacks.
