A good day for MD opener

The day I' ve been waiting for since late last Jan finally came yesterday,opening day for MD archery season.All the scouting,shooting 3-D twice a week,and preparation payed off.Dropped a nice 5pt. in the AM,and after waiting out some heavy rain in the early afternoon,dropped a nice doe in the PM.Got to love it,it' s just a shame I have to go back to work...Bob

Congrats on the double!! I saw 19 in the morning and took a doe. I didn' t hunt the afternoon due to the heat and then the rain.

Yeah way to start the season... I saw 2 does, but decided to pass.. and then I got Poured on... Wasn' t real happy about that... But I think I got my bow dried out good...

Congrats! A friend of a friend took a doe in MD on Monday too. This Sat. is opening day in Fairfax County in VA. I can' t wait! I' ll be out there hurricane or no hurricane!
