Buzz-Boy, you changed your name. I read this story and it sounded awfully familiar to the story I heard on the phone last night. I' m sure that can' t happen to two people. hehe.

The other lesson you learned is to invite your friends to hunt with you because they can help drag deer out of the woods.

It' s probably a good thing you didn' t invite me. I probably would have fallen out of my stand laughing at you.

Awesome story! Congratulations. I agree, they should call it ' deer fever' cause a deer doesn' t have to have antlers to get excited about the shot. If it does, you should think about taking up golf!

Relax when the shot comes and don' t take bad shots under the excitement.

That' s some great advice.

Congrats on your deer.

Congrats! I only saw 1 this weekend[:' (]. A large doe that stayed just beyond my range[:@]. I' m going to my Grandpap' s farm this weekend. I found a good spot in about a 10 acre cow paster where I kicked up a couple deer on the 4-wheeler this summer.
