Well Guys I don' t know why I feel the need to confess, but here goes anyway.Been shooting all summer, fine tuning, fine tuning, fine tuning, and feeling pretty good about the season that just opened here in N.J.
Got out late Sat. and did' nt see a thing in the woods.(saw about 100 off the road going home)Went out last night for about 2 hours and missed clean at 12 yds. broadside!
This is a humbling sport,I hope it always is for me.Looked at the whole deer just at the release and natuaraly, shot under.Learn,Learn,Learn, always pick a spot and then follow through.
At least it was a clean miss!

Ah yes,,,the whole deer syndrome...Welcome to bowhunting....It' s easy to do bb24. Take a small piece of masking tape and put it on the inside of the top riser. Write pick a spot, hold, and release....This wil may help ya on the next one!
Good luck.

YUp been there done that, think a lot of us have. Dont forget to put the right pin on the right spot. The animals look huge and the adrenalin gets to rushing. Stay calm and cool and better luck next time. Yes a clean miss is a lot better than a bad hit anyday. Good Luck next time
