Well, i went out today to check my camera and all the pics were taken... 12, but the LCD was flashing... well i opened it up, and the damn thing didnt rewind.. I tried the manual rewind and it wouldnt work either.. Well come to find out.. It seems the batteries weren' t strong enuf to rewind the film, cuz if i opened it up and did the rewind, it would work, but with it closed there was too much pressure on the film.. So i got better batteries, I THINK... the wimpy ones were Panasonic, DOLLAR STORE SPECIAL... Needless to say, none of the pics turned out.... I got some Kodak 400 and put it back out and we' ll see what happens next time... If it doesn' t rewind this time, i' m gonna take it into a pitch black room, open it up and manual rewind it, and then bring it back to walmart and exchange it....

Mine did the same thing and I just took it back and got another. This new one rewinds, I just did it today. Going to get them developed tonight. Good luck with yours.

I havn' t had that problem, actually, that is the first time I had heard that.
If it is the batteries, then, hopefully others will read this and not make that mistake. If it isn' t, then, take it back and get another one. Both of mine are working flawlessly.

first thing I did after buying the camera was buy some energizer rechargeable batteries and a battery charger. I had them in the cam for 5 weeks before I decided I would recharge them. They were still going strong. I always do a manual rewind before I check the film just to make sure it' s rewound.

Now you know how long your batteries will last. Now just make sure you chane them out early. I put Lithium batteries in my Trailtimer Photohunter and I get a solid 3 months out of them!
Good Luck!

I got the film developed tonight and am very pleased with the new cam. Most of my pics are of doe. I' ll post the picture of the 8pt when I get a chance. The Stealth Cam is worth all of 80 bucks!
