Default Arrow Flight

I am going to be heading to montana this week, i have my bow sighted in and everything is ready to go, my question here is, will i have to resight my bow in when i get to montana, giving that the elevation will be higher and the air thinner?

IA:

I live and and practice at about 1800 feet. I spend the weekends hunting at 7000 feet. I do not notice a difference in shot performance.
