What is your GOAL for this bowhunting season?

Goal- not ot get WEST NILE VIRUS.
I will to try and harvest some pigs, a couple of does and who knows on the bucks. My lease becomes a blood bath once gun season opens and all we mostly harvest is 8 pointers. With a 5 point or better rule we are mostly hunting last years yearlings. It' s just futile for me to try and wait for a " trophy" when there are very few on my lease.
I will not shoot a toddler, but my personnal trophies are much smaller that most others. I have killed two nines and an eight off this lease in the past. So that is my goal, and eight or better.
We did get one nice 10 point last year.

Not to complicated 1. Take a Doe with the bow so I can think about taking a Buck
2. Take at least a Doe or a Buck during Shotgun season
3.Take another Doe or Buck during the Jan. Feb. part of the season
4.Hunt up a few Pheasants with my Wife
5. Do all this and stay safe and preferably not freeze my butt off in the process
6. Above all else just enjoy the ability to make these goals reality

Fill the doe tags. Get a shot at a buck here in PA. Hold out for a 2 1/2 or better in Illinois this year. Put the ASAT camo to the test
.
And maybe shoot one of those deer from the ground.

1) Have my buddy that will just start bowhunting this year, get his first bowkill. We have been scouting a new lease this year and all of our stands are hung in place.
2) Have my other buddy who has not deer hunted for years take a couple of deer.
3) Have my 10 year old daughter get her first deer. My 14 year old got her first last season.
4) Have at least one of my succesful bowhunts on video.
5) Tag out this season using only my bow, no gun hunting.

My goal this year is to just have fun in the woods. Try not to stress out worrying if I' m in the perfect spot or not. Step back breath in the rich autumn smells and let the chips fall where they may. I' ll hunt hard, don' t get me wrong, but my main goal is to slow down, relax and have fun. A deer would be nice also, but if I don' t score...Who cares. I won' t
