i'm just wondering would a broad head penetrate a deer more than a field tip

yes think of it like this a knife cutting or a sharp stick poking all states i belive require broadheads to hunt with anyways atleast large game

Also there must be a minimum cutting width of the broadhead such as 1 inch.

Here in the republic of Jersey the min. diameter is 3/4"
check your regs if your going to hunt . We don't need more bad press. And you don't need to be caught doing something ileagal and stupid.
