An Advert. for Deer Cocane and Stealth Camera
#13
I have also wondered where that extra $350.00 goes when you buy a BuckShot!!! Heck, you can get 5 Stealth Cams for the price of your average game camera now-a-days. They do the exact same thing, and get the exact same results.
I wonder what camera is in these Stealth Cams. It seems to be very good quality as my pics (and from the looks of it, yours too) are turning out great.
One thing that I really love is the flash. My Moultrie had a more condensed flash that was great if a deer was in the exact center of the picture and was close to the camera, where as the Stealth Cams are good everywhere.
The batteries in mine are still going strong, so that is a plus. Add to that the fact that I got the Rayovak package of 20 batteries for $6.00.... you just can' t beat that!
The only thing is that there are SOO many bucks, that film developement is gonna be expensive
As far as that 10 pointer. He would probablly be better next year, but, I sure as heck wouldn' t pass him up.
Hopefully you will get some more pics of him in hard-horn!
Friday, when I check on my cameras, I will probablly be placing one in another place. This place won' t get hunted till rifle season, so, I will put the camera on a powerline that gets some heavy use during the rut, throw out 120 pounds of deer corn, and see what happens!!!!!!!

bucks4me,
You can pick these cameras up at Wal-Mart for between $65.00-$70.00 a piece. That includes a mounting strap and a locking plate. All you need is film, a chain, a pad-lock, and 8- AA batteries, and you are good to go. Wal-Mart has a special of Rayovak batteries, it is 20 AA batteries for around $6.00

Great pics.Amazing though bucs nocturnal feeding before hunting season. I feel your pain.Hunting pressured land is tough.Save your money and buy soda ash from a pool supply place. That' s all deer cocaine is.

Nice going Frank. After the trouble with the Moultri (sp) and when it was stolen I bought a Lakota cam for 150 bucks. Havn' t gotten down to Md yet to set it up but seeing your pics makes me want to go right now in all that Labor Day traffic.

Great pics PABowhunter
I know that now you are really itching for opening day! I agree that the 10 might be better next year but on the other hand he may not be around next year. So go the woes of public land. I' m afraid that if he walked by me I' d have trouble restraining myself
