Default RE: Would our women bowhunters please, standup.

Glad to be appreciated. I still have a hard time with guys around where I live taking my hunting seriously. My husband got me into hunting because he said he couldn' t think of a better hunting partner. Now I think I ever drive him crazy with all my practice and planning for hunts.

THANKS!
Was always a tomboy growing up and yet my dad, grandpap & brothers never offered to take me hunting. Guess it was a GUY thing. A couple of years ago my uncle came to hunt our property and offered to take me along. Though I didn' t have a license for that season I was hooked just being there to watch. Now I can' t think of anything else. I hunt with my camera during the off season and count the days until opening day.

Here' s a pic from a month or so ago:

I told my daughter about this post and she insisted I reply for her:
" I' m ten and my daddy took me bowhunting with him last year. I can' t wait until I can shoot a deer with my own bow!"
