Default Hunt with quiver attached to bow?

I have always praticed, tuned, and hunted with my quiver attached to my bow. How many of you keep your quiver attached at all times?. Because I tuned my bow with the quiver attached and have practiced this way for 20 years I see no effect on accuracy. I like the fact that I can have another arrow nocked in a flash in case Im lucky enough to get a second shot.
What quiver setup do ya' ll use and why?

I take mine off once I' m settled in to the stand. I tune and shoot with out it. I have a bracket on my stand that the quiver slides right into and I can access it very quickly and easily. As far as why....well, I like to lay my bow accross my lap and if the quiver is on the arrows are bending(carbons, no big deal) and the bow won' t lay flat....sort of wants to wobble. Also, I have a bow holder on my stand and the bow will not set in it with the quiver on....I could move it to the other side, but then it' s not as handy.

Now that I' ve said all that, I have shot just as many deer with the quiver on....I just prefer it off. Makes me feel more confident, I guess.

I take my quiver off in stand and hang it in tree. I practice all summer w/o it too.

My old bow I removed the quiver, my new one I shoot with it on, in regards to accuracy, I really don' t know, I have never removed my quiver from the bow.

I shoot with it on. Although once I had a deer spook right before the shot and I swear it was because of the quiver being on the bow the deer saw the brightly colored vanes. As I always hide my face behind the bowstring.

I use a Kwikee 3 and have always shot and hunted in stand without it.

I will take mine off once I get to my stand. It just feels more comfortable, lighter and evenly balanced. I do however practice with it on and off, don' t notice much difference in accuracy, although some tend to cant their bow with the quiver on.

Good Luck this Season!!
