I am going to keep my eyes open for a used mathews switchback xt but after looking up the cam on my Q2 (SL2-AR), it appears I am a 30 inch draw, not 29 like I thought. In fact, I'm not sure 30.5 or 31 wouldn't work for me now that i have a new little goose release that is shorter than what i'm used to.
Anyway, I've realized 30 inch DL is not that common whereas plenty of 29's and less. Should I keep looking for a 30 even though harder to find or is it cost effective to buy a different cam?
For example, if a 30 inch SBXT can be found for $500 or a 28 inch SBXT for $450 with similar features, would I essentially be at the same price point overall? Is the cost of the cam and the pro shop installation about $50 or is it more?

Get someone to measure your wingspan. Arms out to your sides straight 90deg to your body. (making a giant "T" shape) divide by 2.5 and this will get you in the ballpark for your draw length.
I am not familar with the bow your looking at, so don't know how it adjusts for draw length. d-loops and different style releases will also effect your draw length some.
Hope this helps you some.
