What is the best climbing stand for the money?

Truthfully
I don't think the terms "best new climbing stand" and "money", go together too well.
And personally, I am glad I'm not paying the bills for any new newbie bowhunters.
In fact, I have a very useable old tree stand, that won't handle those 12,000 foot parachute jumps the new safety standards are covering, but I still treat it like a precious "heirloom." Plus it won't even handle a 280 lb. bowhunter. It's a real old tree stand, you see.
