I realize the difference too and notice it when people say it wrong, but it doesn' t bother me.

Maybe we need to change the term " forkhorn."

Rack-attack i though antlers were bone? I thought i heard someone say it was like the fastest growing bone or sumthing.

Ya your right, anything that sheds it' s headgear and has velvet wears antlers. Elk, Moose, Caribou, Whitetail.....ect.

Anlers are true bone, composed of calcium and phosphorus. But, unlike most mammal bones, they are solid and without marrow. Both horns and antlers are actually extended growths of the frontal skull plate. Horns have a porous core and the outer surface is composed of keratin, the same substance as fingernails.

man i say " did u see the rack on that one to my friends on friday night when we' re lookin for girls...they' re all slang its jsut how u use them.... and antlers are the fastest growing thing in the animal kingdom
