Has anyone seen pics of the Pa Bear killed on the first day of Bear Archery Season? Just wanted to confirm the story before I pass it along. He field dressed at 744 lbs.

I have noticed that the other forums that had the pics removed them. So that makes me believe that this one of those hoax.

I just received an email today with the bear pictures. Could of come from any state so you never know...

I saw that a WI hunter had shot a 700+ lb bear this year if I remember right on an outdoor news channel on Untamed TV. Not sure if it was the same one on the PA site or not, I couldn't see any pics when I tried the links.

From what I've read it should end up being the #2 Black Bear in the world. The story is being drug through the mud though. Apparently the bear is half tame and has been fed by a local man after his mother was hit and killed by a car 16 or so years ago. It will be interesting to see how this turns out..........
