Z7 owners?

Z7 owners?
I just bought a Z7 about a month ago. I can not get this thing to shoot consistant at all.. We just noticed last night the huge cap where the bolt is to adjust the weight. everyone said it was not normal. It is a 60-70lb and I have it set at 65lbs. Can I please get emails to send pics to you, I do not know how to post pics. Thanks
