Default Got my bow ready and GOOD news

I was having a problem with my arrows fishtailing this year and read and searched and read some more on here and finally got it straight. I fine tuned with the walk back and broad head tuning (never even heard of them before) and still had a fishtail so I took off my HUGE grip that came on the bow and problem solved. I was torqing the bow because of the grip. I also made it to the bass pro shop and got some string leeches and limbsavers and quick fletching since my fletching was getting old. At thirty yards before the tuning i was holding about a 8 inch group and getting frustrated. Now that I have got it working good I shot 3-5 arrow groups yestarday at 30 yards and was holding about a 3 inch group everytime with 1 kicker in every group (Im working on that). I was thinking about sitting this season out since i didn't have the money to get my bow tuned by a shop much less a new bow, mine is 7 years old. Now it is GAME ON again! Called the old man up last night and he said he was coming up for opening day this coming saturday! I havn't hunted with him in the last 5 years except for 1 time. He just got into bow hunting again this year. Now we just need to pull down a double on saturday and I will be on cloud nine. And if not i will be on cloud 8.9999 anyways!

I just want to say thanks to everyone that has ever gave good info about tuning a bow. I have read hundreds of posts and feel very comfortable tuning my bow from now on!

I have a 6" stabilizer, don't know what kind tho. It is about 4 years old. I moved the target back to 40 yards and put 2-3 shot groups where at least 2 of the arrows were touching in both groups and the other one was less that an inch away. But on the next relay of arrows I was getting tired and those groups grew out by a couple inches! I don't plan on shooting at 40 but Im trying to get my 30 and 35 yard groups better.
