I am sure I could learn something from 47681 of this forum’s 47682 registered members. I always told my kids a person could learn something from everybody. If someone can’t teach you how to do something they can teach you how not to.

I apologize up front for leaving some of my friends off my list. It isn’t anything personal; it is just an age thingy. I can’t remember anything anymore so forgive my lack of recall. [:' (]

Let me ask you, who wouldn’t want to hunt with Articbowman, AK Nimrod, AK Bowhunter, AK hunter, Lil Hunter and all of our friends up in Alaska? When you bow hunt things that can poop you out twelve hours later you get serious in a hurry! [] That fact alone will make you a better hunter. Ah, Alaska, the final frontier….

Matt Pa, BowTech Shooter, btpatriot02, Ausie-guy, pdq 5oh, Walks with a gimp, and Mez. It would be great to have them in camp. These guys are generating so much energy with their BowTechs we wouldn’t need a campfire.

Wouldn’t it be great to have a camp full of “Tech Heads”! Len, Jeff B, Pinwheel, Sagittarius, and PaBowhntr. I could just sit and listen to them debate the pros and cons of various kinds of equipment and never have to entertain. [:-]

We all would love to hunt with 5shot, his brother Jethropew and some other guys that have “j’s” in their names like jsasker and ijimmy. Make no mistake about it, these boys know what their doing. Fiver could teach me all about those mountain deer and explain to me the requirements for harvesting one of those P&Y tomatoes or whatever it is he had fun shooting with some board members one time.

What would a hunting camp be without some controversy and excitement? You gotta have C903, Wolfen, Silent Assassin, Arthur P, and VC111 share the same camp. Let me tell ya, a guy wouldn’t need a match to start a fire! [] (There used to be a guy named Stealthy Cat that roamed these parts at one time that I would love to invite to hunt with this group and me but his principles wouldn’t allow him to stay. He is missed.)

What kind of camp can a fella have if there is no David!? Who killed Goliath!? Why do you think Crockett was so good!? I would love to hunt with DaveC, DaveD, DaveH, Dave590, Dave Solgat, and davidmil. I have said it before; I’ll say it again. At one time davidmil may have been the most perfect predator on the planet, he still may be…one thing is for sure, if you have a question about bow hunting deer or pooping in the woods, davidmil is your man!

I love to hunt with people I can address by their initials…it saves so much time in the course of a conversation. AL F, JRW, rcd567, LBR, TM, fng, TFox, Grndzer, Mdbohuntr, BenfromVa, BT Bow hunter, AZ, & WV hunter along with CG would all be guys I would love to hunt with. Besides, we can’t let CG keep all of that “pristine” elk country all to himself now can we.

Have you ever noticed that a name with a “B” in it commands attention? “B” must stand for Bulletproof! If you don’t “B”elieve me check out CHRISTINE B. I think the “B” in her name stands for beautiful but it could also stand for Bigstick, (as in carries a big stick). She is a moderator and she can delete your posts with one hand tied behind her back! Included with her on my hunting invite would be BobCo19-65, Big Bulls, Big Country, Big John, Bowfanatic, Bogobble, (Two) Beards, (Hunting)Bry, (Jet)blast, (Range)ball, (Natty)Bumpo, Buckalley, Brampton Mike, BeaverJack, and benhuntin! Hunting elk on a mountain with these guys would almost “B” heaven. [8D]

In every hunting bunch there are people who stand out. The ones who have the word " courageous" emblazoned across their chests are never missed. I would love to hunt with Nick Bales, Edward A. Owens, Adrian J Hare, Al McCloy, Allen Denton, Amos Greg, Anthony Hunter, Dick Cress, and Don Loch. Anybody who uses their real name on these forums over the Internet must have the heart of a lion!

In every class there is a clown. Without them things would be really dull. A clown has to be smart enough to know the answers but clever enough to stay out of the way. This guy would appear to fit that description and seems like a nice fella to boot. I would love to hunt with Rack Attack (that is as long as he didn’t smoke). You have to love that picture of him with his baby deer. J I would also invite a guy I thought was his brother, his name is Quack Attack, but it turns out this fella is from Houston Texas not New York (check it out in the “q” section of the members list). [&:]

Anyone with the name “Thunder” in it would be someone I would want to hunt with. They might be able to keep me from being struck by lightning during the hunt. Thundergut, Thundermug all of the thunder clan would definitely receive an invitation from me.

Anyone with the name of a State, geographical location, cartoon character, numbers attached to their title or the name of a bow in their moniker would also be someone I would love to hunt with. Cougar Mag, Joe Pa, Saskman, Orions Bow, Atlasman, Ill bow man, Jersey Joe, all the Jersey guys, MQ1 shooter, SQ, Lx, BowTech, Hoytian, Dacotah, Super Tec, Iowa Bob, IrishLad32, 445 Supermag, Skeeter 7MM, Mauser 06, Dick4Bows, Str8narrow, Cloud 9 MN, Maui Wes, Mobowhunter, rockytop, Soarkrebel, norseman, and Tazman. I would be honored to hunt with all these people. [8D]

Real bow hunters love to have an animal species or parts of animals in their names. Some will even have a hint of Native American influence I love these guys. Lamb1547. Reylamb, Quilly, Elkampmaster, Elknut1, Elkaholic, Elkaddict, elksniper, Elkpee, Deerslayer, deerdrager, DeerThug, Wacker (a bit of a stretch but if you think about it long enough it will come to you), 6ptsika, Aardvarkslayer, Antler getter, Mr. 4pt, Buckmaster, Buckshot, Buck killa, Buck Magnet, Andy Wis Deerhunter, ChiefHeadhunter, Geronimo, Mr. Fishy34, Mr. buck rub, Kinkybuck, D Buck Stopzeer, Bobcat10, bullsi, horntagger, Maytom, and perhaps my all time favorite moniker, m00sedrool. My hunting camp could only hope that each of these fellas could attend. [:-]

In every hunting camp the conversation will eventually drift to politics. Just so halcon, Ricoace, Static, Stickerpt, Strut, and Sswpriz wouldn’t get lonely I would definitely invite AI gore is a robot and Answer guy to our campfire chat. For protection I would appreciate Agent Smith from Somewhere USA and No. 1 Gamewarden to show up too.

As much as I love to shoot my compounds I am equally in awe of our traditional shooters. Some have been mentioned already but I would feel greatly blessed if I could hunt with Arrowsmit, Kip, John nail, Zelanzny, Tuffcity, Floxter, and Silent String. [:-]

Hopefully Ansel, lazyarcher, Nub, and Straightarrow would allow me to tag along on one of their hunts. I find a lot of their logic mirrors my own. Don’t tell them however because I don’t want them to feel insulted by that comment.

…OK ok, just so you know, I really would like the Florida twins to join us all by the campfire. Get your minds out of the gutter! I know all about those fantasies you guys have with twin sisters! Forget it! Not going to happen! No Way! They are married ladies for Pete’s sakes! I will say this though. For most of us, this is as close as we will ever get to that particular fantasy. [:' (]

Lastly as the embers burn low, and the campfire dims, we would have time for one last story to be entertained with before retiring to our quarters. There used to be a fella called World Record Whitetail that could tell the most outrageous stories about fist fighting and shooting poachers with his rifle in hand to hand combat. I loved his imagination but when I called him on it he didn’t like me anymore. So I doubt he would answer my invitation. Cardeer used to tell some very entertaining tales but it looks like he won’t be able to play either. [:' (] Well, Droptines, looks like it will be up to you to entertain us with one of your homespun yarns!

Yep, about the only person on the board I wouldn’t want to hunt with is that fella they call Antler Eater. I find him long winded and boring. [&o][>:]

You deserve one for that post[:-]

If a deer aint killed that week of deer season, there aint any deer in the area!!

Either that, or hung over from the night before

Honestly, I would share the woods with anyone of you (at least once), just being out there and sharing the good times......I' m not a stingy guy . You guys have shared alot of info with me and I appreciate it....Now if I had to pick a couple, I would say rack-attack....And maybe even mauser, even tho he may be young, that little guy has alot of passion for our sport!!
