Here are some pics of a Crossfit workout that I did tonight to get ready for hunting season. I ran a marathon 5 weeks ago, but have switched over to Crossfit workouts since then.
Warm-up: 2,000 meter row
Workout #1
5 rounds
Snatch 65lbs 10 reps
Burpees 15 reps
11 min 22 sec
Workout #2
4 rounds
Kettlebell Swing 52lbs 25 reps
Jump rope double-unders 25 reps
11 min 20 sec
(This really needs to improve)

Ahhhhhh crossfit! Its a beautiful thing isnt it?!?!?!?!
I dont think ill ever be able to do double unders as im a big guy.
Whats your favorite w/o(and by fav, you know... by crossfit terms, favorite would be the most body brutal hahahaha).
Thrusters everytime make my legs feel like jello. Its such a great singular workout.
