Here are some pics of a Crossfit workout that I did tonight to get ready for hunting season. I ran a marathon 5 weeks ago, but have switched over to Crossfit workouts since then.

Kettlebell Swing 52lbs 25 reps
Jump rope double-unders 25 reps
11 min 20 sec
