ok 1 of my buds took the nok of my arow put a 22 bullet in took the fletchings off i told him that wont work well by god he shot it hit the bulsey of my target what do you think bout that

I am assuming the 22 round was just for a solid base on the arrow for the bow string and weight for level flight? Were the fletchings and knock removed to prove some type of accuracy point he was making to you? What distance was the shot? Were you drunk when you typed this? Did this experiment involve alcohol or any illegal substances?

Or, did he take off the fletching so he could hold the arrow and pull the string so it would fire off the rim fire round to propel the arrow from his hand into the target? If so, your thread title would be accurate.
