Hunting with my brother during a ML season isn't much different than rifle season for most. Man can reload very fast. If it's a safety issue than the state should definitely do some thing BECAUSE HUNTERS WONT! Obviously another persons life isn't that important to them, other wise...I wouldn't hunt around them. I think your out of line with the 2 or 3 shots. Person can do that safe enough, more than that and I don't know how anyone can keep the back ground clear.

It can be done safe, but shots a running deer can be unethical if the conditions aren't perfect. I know that the running deer debate is a big one and I am not trying to start it up. But I would be willin to bet that a lot of deer get wounded from those 2nd , 3rd and 4th shots. An as fast as some people are crackin them off I know they cant be settlin there sights on vitals.

NODOG -If you think I'm out of line with the 1,2,3,4 you should be in the woods i hunt. The shots are coming from the woods next to me .I wish i were making this up BUT I'M NOT . If i let a deer walk and it heads to the woods next to me wish they do all hell breaks out and i never see that deer again .As for as trying to get a new spot i've been trying the farmers are just tired of all the hunters they've let on before so they just say no . if it's brown it's down and i really don't think they getr half the deer they shoot at .

i hear what your sayin arrow, findin' hunting spots is tougher than ever. I know plenty of farmers who are willing to take the crop damage over the hassle of letting people hunt. its very frustrating.
