funny that the web address matches the person asking the question....

I managed to get mine up myself. Carried it in in 4 pieces. Put it together so that the ladder was against the tree it would be attached to. "Walked up" the stand like you would an extension ladder in lifted alone. Then just pulled out the ladder to desired place.

Default You need a huge crane

to lift the two man tree stand into position and then get the 320 lb. hunter in his sitting position.
How many yards off a trail or road do you intend to take it.
