Default What to do about broken bow?

I was shooting my 2007 Martin Bengal tonight. I came to full draw and heard what sounded like a car driving on gravel and kinda look at my bow to see what the noise was when all of the sudden my arm just ripped forward and my arrow went flying. I was like what the heck. The top limb shattered. What should I do? Contact Martin?

Wow, that really sucks. I would take a lot of pictures of it first, just for record. Not sure where you purchased the bow but I would take it to them or at least call them first. My bow shop would take care of it for me.

Should be under warranty. Contact Martin, they will tell you the nearest Martin pro shop. Take it there and have it fixed.

Do what bigcountry suggested. You can call Martin to find a dealer, but chances are you have one near you; maybe where you bought the bow. Martin will require you to work this issue through a dealer.

Have no fear. This is a warranty issue and Martin will deal with it in a expeditious manner.

I'm sure Martin will fix it. However, I've heard they have had limb problems in the past.

Personally, I would ask them to fix it and if it happens again I would demand a full refund of my money.

I'm still shocked so many companies can't make limbs worth a flip. I know things happen from time to time, but I've heard this several times from Martin and Bowtech users.
