2003 Patriot single cam

As I was looking at bows this spring, my choice
came down to the Pat SC & the VFT SC. Though
the VFT was about 10 fps faster, I felt the Pat
was much smoother during the draw. I was
impressed with both bows, but since I' m strictly
a bowhunter and just shoot 3D for fun...the
smoother draw and 7+" brace height on the
Pat helped me make my decision. Though I
came close....I don' t think I' ll ever buy a hunting
bow with a BH of less than 7" . By the way, I
love the Pat SC. After a couple of trips to the
bow shop I' ve got it shooting bullet holes thru
paper with my TT rest[:-].

I' ve shot both bows but went with the BLK. but what I noticed between the both of them is that they are pretty much the same the only diff is that the VFT is lighter due to the fact is that it doesn' t have the sand trap pockets like the Pat. and it has a lower brace height. But both were smooth and fast, and quiet, but either bow you decide on you will not be disappointed at all, you' ll be wishing you could have both.
