I am oringinaly from Southern il, Sparta to be exact. Randolph and perry counties have excellent deer populations, not sure but thier is a small unit near Chester that I hear is pretty good.

The person that told me this story had no reson to lie and neither do I.Where I work,I see deer all the time.A week ago I counted 43 deer behind the building I work in.I have been seeing some 10 and 12 pointers there,so why would I have any reason to doubt.

I' m not calling you or your friend a lier. I' m just saying those are some big deer for this time of year. Just imagine what they will be like in 3 months when the season opens if they are that big now. Sorry if you took what a said a different way.
