My buddy owns 2, one of which is a General. He has shot them both extensively, no problems. He thinks they are fantastic bows.

I love my 101st. The top cam does have some cam lean and it was kinda a pain to get arrow flight right but i finally got it and i can drive tacks with it now.

had an '04 liberty that went through 3 sets of limbs before they fianlly asked to have the bow sent in. Had an 08 general that was subject to the recall, and i had to pay for the labor to have the limbs put on, because the shop claimed I couldnt do them myself because bowtech wouldnt warrunty it, and an '08 82nd airborn that I sold after 2 months of owning it so i could get a bow that I wouldnt have to worry about.

I have owned now 4 BowTechs, 3 Mathews, 1 Hoyt, 1 High Country, 1 Merlin, 1 Reflex, 1 Golden Eagle, and 1 Bear and not had a mechanical issue with any of them. I found 1 cosmetic flaw (me being anal more than anything) on 1 BowTech and it was handled quickly by their staff who not only solved the problem, but went out of their way to provide extra service.

I'm in a similar boat. I've owned 1 Bear, 1 Jennings, 6 Hoyts and roughly 10 BowTech/Diamonds and I've had cosmetic splinters on several Hoyt limbs (Carbonite and XT2000) and on 1 BowTech limb (06 Alley). I shot all these bows without worry.

I had a Bow Tech dealership for several years, also own several of them, and never had any problems with them. Their customer service could use some help, maybe now that Matt/Pa is there he can straighten that out.

07 Commander, 08 101st, 09 Air Raid. Only issue was serious operator error on the 101st.
