keepem! Keep the fancy ads, hype, exquisite risers.....I will keep shooting my Martin. Too much success with my hunting bow doesn' t have me looking. Why should I change when none of the others will shoot any better for me?

Your just kidding arent you cougar. I mean at least Mathews, Hoyt, or Bowtech hasnt dressed up a blonde in skimpy, tight black clothes hyping their bows yet.Of course I wouldnt really complain if they did.

I used to think the same. Then I purchased a Hoyt Ultratec[
] The Ultratec improved my accuracy by an average of 20 points on the 3d range from my 2001 Martin Cougar Mag and the draw is smoother. Could I still be killing deer every year with my Martin? Sure! But it' s alot more fun in between deer seasons now!

With the last 6 different bows that I' ve bought in recent years, I' ve found that I' m shooting more and have fine tuned my personal draw length and weight requirements. I' ve found that my shooting has been getting better and better at longer ranges and so has my confidence, which is probably the most important. I' ve found that a very short valley and a hard draw stop has helped very much in my consistency at long range shooting. If I' d have stayed with my old Proline Point Blank, I' d probably still just be a 20 yard hunter. New bows are exciting with the speed and comfort they have brought and after 31 years at archery and bowhunting, I still feel like a kid with a bow and arrow. Havin' fun

Actually, at this moment, I do not own any of the three companies you mentioned. I have a little " no-name" bow that I am very happy to shoot.
But, I do feel the need for another bow coming on and it is going to be one of those three....
