I wouldnt mount him, but I'd definatly be nailing that one on to the shop wall. Euro mount or something.

thats a great deer for anywhere- i know a few guys who mounted deer hit by cars. i wouldnt but to each his own. As long as you dont claim you shot it , who really cares. AS said, the animal is a trophy no matter how it died. I also agree with a euro mount for this scenario.

the head is at the taxidermists now, 425 for the mount. for us, this is a monster, and he is a buck that my friends and i have a history wit, it came off of a property we have hunted for 6 years. to us it is worth the money to mount it, its a beautiful buck that deserves to be mounted.

make sure you post pics of the mount when you get back. He is a trophy for sure and I hope he looks good on your wall
