Would you loan you bow to a friend or family member to go hunting with.
Me? Sure. If I trust them, there's not much that can happen to my bow.

I'd be a lot more willing to lend out a gun, to a trusted friend or family member than my bow; just something about someone else shooting my bow.

I would have to say negatory on that one. As was mentioned previously, if he could afford to replace a bow that he broke, he can afford to purchase his own to hunt with.

Like others, my bow is off limits. I think for someone to just take a bow not set up for them and go hunting is not smart and is irresponsible.

I'd load an old bow to someone if they planned on setting it up for them and practicing.

I'd load a gun like my Mossberg 500 to a trusted friend or relative, someone that I knew would not do anything stupid with it.

First I am not sure I could shoot someone's bow very well. I think I have only came across one bow where the bow, peep, kisser, draw length, and sites fitted me and another guy.

Second, if someone is an archery newbie, no way. Thats how bows get dry fired.

I wouldn't loan the bow I am hunting with because, well, I am hunting with it . I do currently have a bow loaned out though. I set it up for a young man to borrow this hunting season.

I would not loan out my bow ever, and I would not loan a gun unless I was literally going to be with the guy.
