Default DVD on processing your own deer

I have always taken my deer to a meat locker, and had it processed, but I would like to learn how to do it myself. Are there any DVD's out there that I could get to learn?

I learned from this one, it is a great video, I watched it three times and had the basic principles down, I just processed my first deer this week and it went great, the reason I like it so much is that the only time you saw is the front legs and the neck, keeping bone dust off the meat. I just threw it in my laptop when I was processing and paused and started when I needed to.

A Professional Guide to Field Dressing, Skinning and Butchering Deer (DVD).
Details

The Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries is pleased to announce the release of a new DVD, "A Professional Guide to Field Dressing, Skinning and Butchering White-Tailed Deer."

This video was produced not only for youth and novice hunters who may not feel comfortable tackling the chore of gutting and butchering a deer themselves, but also for more experienced hunters who would like to take their deer processing to a professional level. The video begins with step by step instructions on how to field dress a deer as demonstrated by VDGIF Wildlife Biologist Ron Hughes.

Price: $12.00

Another fan of the DVD from Kentucky Afield. As mentioned above, you can order it from the KDFWR website. It's simple and informative.
