I learned from this one, it is a great video, I watched it three times and had the basic principles down, I just processed my first deer this week and it went great, the reason I like it so much is that the only time you saw is the front legs and the neck, keeping bone dust off the meat. I just threw it in my laptop when I was processing and paused and started when I needed to.
