Its probably the stand. Look into something with a good sling seat, and you should be alot better. Millenium makes a great one for hang ons, and most of the climbers have nice sling seats now too. I can stay out all day in several different type stands I have and not be tired or sore after.

Last week was the first time it ever bothered me, when I came down I got some serious leg cramps. Of course I'm older than dirt!

Sitting in stands kill me, but its better than sitting on the ground. But I have had two back surgery's with 6 screws, 2 rods and 2 cages.The lower 3 disc's in my back are all fused and screwed together. Then just found out I have a disk bulge in my neck. But I still wouldn't give up a day of hunting. Until I cant walk anymore I will be hunting. Then I would just have to have a 4x4 wheel chair, lol
