i' ve been wanting to switch to a single pin system and asked you guys about pendulums but i' m not sure i wanna go with a pendulum. i like to hunt on the ground and something about a moving sight makes me feel uneasy..so i stumbled across the cosmic and it claims that one pin will shoot out to 30 yards without holding high..or at least this is what i gather..any of you guys/gals who use this sight is that true? i would be the happiest hunter in the world if i had just one pin that would shoot out to 30 yards hitting exactly where i was aiming.. and if this is the case how hard was it to sight in the pin? thankyou for any input....i love this place

I have the cosmic. It does work out to 30 yds. I probably had it sighted in and dialed in about 20 some minutes. Its a really good sight and I tried shooting it towards dark n I could still see the pin. Its a really great sight! Not hard to sight in at all. If you have any problems in the future with sighting it in, then drop me an email at [email protected]

A one pin set up depends on your bow speed . I can use mine to 30 but someone else may not. However the sight is adjustable and easy to adjust so if you know you have to shoot farther or closer you can adjust it . And the pin is bright as h#ll !!Super in low light hunting situations ! This was also my first sight with a round pin guard , it lines up great with my peep and my accuracy has improved.
Good Luck !!

Very bright!!! I have no complaints so far....Like someone already said, one pin to 30 yards depends on arrow speed.....I' m shooting a 450 gr. arrow around 270 fps and have mine set on 30 yards and I' m about 3" high at 15 yards and 6" low at 40 yards.....Works great for me though.....

thanks fo the insight guys....i' ll have to pick one up and try it out..but i' m only interested in my arrow hitting exactly where i put the pin, not high at 15 or low at 30 but dead on, so i' ll have to find my max distance and go with that..but anywhere from 25-30 yards would be perfect cause i don' t really like to shoot farther than that anyway....thanks again
