I've shot the 125 three blade Thunderheads since they came out...

I've also tried the 125 three blade Muzzys...No problem with either of these from me...

TeeJay, give them Snuffers a try. Excellent heads with a good cutting diameter to them. Been using them for 18 years or so, not one complaint yet with penetration and blood trails.

Being that I am not a fan of expandables (own reasons). Any well known cut on contact manufactures put out very good broadheads. I personally like new archery porducts thunderheads and their nitrons. Muzzy and slick trick just to mention a few more are great choices also. I can say after using thunderheads for the better of 15 years and never broke a blade. That means alot to me!

well im goin to tell u i had to go to the rage becuase my bow would only shot those broadheads straight. I love them and will never go back to anything else

I would say Slick Trick or Muzzy both are really good heads.

+1 on the G5 Strikers, very sharp and fly great.

Ok my experince with rage. First of I have shot and killed many deer with these I am not bashing rage. I have switched arrows also. I had a ginormas buck in at 8 yd. Nothing between us but air. I drew and delivered the arrow. Perfect shot but only got about 15 inches of penatration. I hit high but I had to he was in close down hill and I was 20 ft up. I think the arrow hit the curve in the rib and followed it down. I lost my 150" but on what I would call a perfect shot. If given the same shot I would put the arrow in the same spot. Call it what you will. I lost confidence in the combo and am switching it up the year. I went to full metal jackets just looking for a good bh for them. Thanks I'll check out the slick tricks.

125 grain 3 blade Muzzy's. made a marginal shot in the center of the shoulder on a buck years ago, the muzzy punched thru every thing and did its job. They got my vote.
