Question Is this the same deer?

These two pictures show what may be the same deer. First picture is this month's trail camera shot and the second is a picture I took last November from my tree stand. Last year's deer has a split at the very tip of his G2. Can't really tell on the velvet deer.
Opinions as to whether this is the same deer.

It doesn't look like the same deer to me.
The antler tips look different.

Both deer are 5X5. Last year's deer is missing/broken his left brow tine but makes up for it by having the split on the tip of his G2. These two deer's pix were taken in the same place.....within 30 yds. That's why I thought perhaps it was the same deer as the velvet buck still has some inches to add this year.

Nope , the one that isn't in velvet has more space between his points .
