If you are talking about the nock on the string, the loop IMO is far better than any other nocking system out there except maybe the Magnocks. I haven' t tried those yet but real soon. The many advantages of the STRING loop far outweigh loosing 1/2" of draw length and a few FPS.

I use the Magnocks with a string loop.
They are easy to load the arrow and you get the exact same release every time.
