Default Speaking of Man Caves.

I was/am really impressed with Fran's (Mantis Mayer) man cave he posted in the Bowhunting forum, Mantis' Man Cave so i got to work on my own.

I had the log bar built for some time now but haven't done much else. Well the whole basement was/is to be my winter project so no better time like the present right? This past fall I had a concrete bar top poured and I thought it turned out incredible.

With Mantis' incentive I got to work.

I first bought lumber, the corner surround shower, commode, sink, some electrical and some drywall. My plan is to semi finish the bathroom and then spread into the actual Man Cave/bar area.

Rob,

Everything looks great, just remenber to leave the indoor shooting lane open.

Folks, I saw the bar top in person and it's even more impressive in person.

Can't wait to see the finished project.

Good luck.

LOL Pat, notice in that same picture, on the far left hanging left of my hip quiver, it's a WWAG press.

That looks great Rob! I love the bar top. I imagine that space will see more than a few good times and have maybe one or two hunting stories told in it.

Rob, I like that countertop. I've never heard of a poured top. Whats the price difference between that and a granite top?
