The best I can tell from the photo looks like he still has his milk teeth. But, its hard to tell. They loose there milk teeth right around 2.5 yoa.

That is a beautiful mount. I almost did a pedestal mount on my 08 buck.....lookin at yours makes me regret not doing it. Congrats!

Your picture angles are perfect, but they aretoo out of focus to see the necessary details. Here's a link that may be helpful for you to guesstimate the age: http://www.buckmanager.com/2007/01/19/age-determination-using-jaw-bones/

Keep in mind that tooth wear varies geographically. The only definateway to pinpoint a deers age to the exact year is the ring count method.
