    I had ordered Tune-a-nocks from QAD a week or so ago and while I ordered White, green was the color that came. Well, I called them and they said that they would send me new nocks right away and to keep the old ones for the trouble. Quality company and quality customer service!

    Good customer service is VERY important. I am glad to hear QAD is this type of company, makes it easier to be willing to do business with them.
