100% venison in my ground venison. I make pre pattied hamburgers and mix 50% beef hamburger in them.

50% beef

100% venison, crushed ritz crackers and one egg. Mix together and place in fridge to firm. Hour later fry it in butter

I usually put about 25% pork in it and the rest venison, the same amount with beef and not pork

15% Pork.

Grind up a couple pieces of bacon in the burger you plan to make patties with. Its delicious and you dont have to piss around making up the bacon later on.

but for certain company i mix in beef boullion 1 cube for1-2lbs venison

100% venison burger no additives like pork or beef fat just venison nice and lean!! When making burgers out of the venison I cover a pound of burger with Lowerys powder and then a pinch of onion salt and then mix really good then make your patties and grill.. Walt
